Ingredients
  1. 250g macinato di pollo (chicken meat minced)
  2. 1 porro (leek)
  3. 1 cipolla rossa di tropea (red onion)
  4. 1 mango (mango)
  5. 1 piadina (tacos)
  6. Salsa di soia (soy souce)
Instructions
  1. Cuocere a fuoco alto la carne (Cook the meat over high heat).
  2. Insaporire con la salsa di soia e il sale (Season with soy sauce and salt ).
  3. Tagliare il porro e unirlo alla carne (Cut the leek and add to meat).
  4. Cuocere il tutto per circa 10 minuti (Cook all for about 10 minutes).
  5. Tagliare a cubetti il mango, salarlo e porlo in frigorifero (Dice the mango, season with salt and place in fridge).
  6. Tagliare la cipolla rossa (Cut the red onion).
  7. Scaldare i tacos in padella, 2 per persona (Heat the tacos in a frying pan, 2 per person).
  8. Impiattare mettendo un tacos caldo sul piatto con sopra la carne (Serve by placing a hot tacos on the plate with over the meat).
  9. Aggiungere a freddo sulla carne la cipolla e il mango (Add onion and mango on the meat).
  10. Chiudere con il secondo tacos (Close with the second tacos).
  11. Servire con guacamole fresca (Serve with fresh guacamole).
